We are offering two main packages you can select from, depending on the size of the home to be advertised. They are:
This package is most suitable for property listings without vendor paid marketing fee. For a standard three to four bedroom house, on a normal block of land, this package will provide up to 8 JPG photos. So it doesn't matter if the vendors are not willing to spend any marketing fee on proper photos, agencies can still afford to impress clients by professionally presenting their listings.
This package is most suitable for standard three to four bedroom house, on a normal block of land. With this package, you will normally get around 15 photos.
This package is suitable for larger houses containing five or more bedrooms, a swimming pool, landscape gardens, acre block, farm land, or houses with special features. With this package, you will normally receive around 25 to 30 photos.
- From $160.- to $240.- Twilight package.
This ultimate package is done at dusk when the sun is about to set to produce a dramatic effect to the property. This way the property can be presented at its best, in order to catch more attention to potential purchasers.
