- Appointment must be made no less than 24 hours from the photo session time.
- All appointment must be accompanied with the property details as specified in the appointment form.
- We will confirm all appointment details with you prior to the shooting session.
- For each session allow 1 to 2 hours to shoot. Large houses may take longer depending on the number of rooms and other features.
- Any cancellation of appointments, must be done before the end of business day (5 pm) of the appointment, or late cancellation fee will be charged.
- Where properties are located outside the 40km radius from our office, additional travel will be charged at $0.80 per kilometre.
- All payment must be made up front, at the time of booking, via the website or bank transfer.
- Receipt of the payment will be sent to you after the photo shoot session.
- We will endeavour to deliver the web size photo result within 24 hr from the shooting session. The (800 x 600) photos files will be sent via email to you.
- The large size photo result will be delivered in a CD.
- While highest quality products has been taken care of, if there are any defects, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the results.
- You must allow us approximately 2 days to repair the defects.
- We retain the ownership of all intellectual properties and all copyrights of the photographs created during the provision of the service. We grant you permission to use those material for the sole purpose of promoting the property.
- Nothing in this agreement limits any right or remedy you may have under applicable legislation, which may include the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and similar state or territory legislation which contains provisions to protected the purchase of goods and services in certain circumstances.
