We are offering two main packages you can select from, depending on the size of the home to be advertised. They are:

• From $90.- to $160.- Daylight package.

This package suits most real estate agencies for presenting their listing in most appealing and attractive way without blowing the marketing budget. It is typically used for standard three to four bedroom houses, on normal block of lands.

This package will provide up to 8 JPG photos. So it doesn't matter if the vendors are not willing to spend any marketing fee on proper photos, agencies can still afford to impress clients by professionally presenting their listings.

• From $160.- to $240.- Twilight package.

This ultimate package is done at dusk when the sun is about to set to produce a dramatic effect to the property. This way the property can be presented at its best, in order to catch more attention to potential purchasers.

• Floorplan, from $70.- to $120.-

Set yourself apart from your competitors by including the house floorplan as part of the listing presentation. We can do the house measurement while taking the pictures, then allow up to 2 days for the floorplan to be generated. Alternatively, if you have the paper floorplan, we can use is as the source to generate a marketing quality drawing, for a reduced price.
